Terms of Service

Welcome to Peeksy. By accessing or using peeksy.space and related services (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Peeksy is operated by Wavedidwhat studio.

1. The Service

Peeksy provides a link shortening platform with AI-generated Open Graph images, SEO auditing tools, click analytics, custom domains, a TypeScript SDK, MCP Server, and REST API. The Service is offered under Free, Pro, and Business plans as described on our pricing page.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service for lawful personal or commercial purposes. You agree not to:

  • Create short links to phishing, malware, or other harmful content.
  • Use the Service to distribute spam or send unsolicited bulk communications.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Service.
  • Abuse the API or SDK by exceeding rate limits or circumventing usage restrictions.
  • Impersonate another person or entity through your links or OG images.
  • Violate any applicable law or third-party rights.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

4. Subscriptions & Billing

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your plan at any time from your dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of the URLs you shorten and the content behind them. By using Peeksy, you grant us a limited license to fetch, display, and cache metadata (titles, descriptions, favicons) from your destination pages for the purpose of generating OG images and displaying link previews. AI-generated OG images created through the Service are yours to use.

6. Custom Domains

Pro and Business plans may connect custom domains. You are responsible for owning or having authorization to use any domain you configure. We may disable a custom domain if we receive a valid complaint or if it violates these terms.

7. API & SDK Usage

Access to the REST API, TypeScript SDK, and MCP Server is subject to the rate limits and feature restrictions of your plan. API tokens are confidential — do not share them publicly. We may throttle or revoke access if we detect abuse.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peeksy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
