Thank you for choosing Peeksy. We want to be upfront and transparent about how we handle refunds.
No Refunds
All purchases made through Peeksy — including Pro and Business subscription plans, add-on credits, and any other paid features — are final and non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, we do not issue refunds or credits for any reason, including partial use of a billing period.
Free Trial
Every paid plan includes a 7-day free trial. During the trial period you have full access to all features of the selected plan. You will not be charged until the trial ends. If you cancel before the trial expires, you will not be billed.
We strongly encourage you to use the trial to evaluate whether Peeksy is the right fit before your first payment is processed.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing settings. When you cancel:
- Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.
- You will not be charged again after cancellation.
- No partial or prorated refunds are issued for the remaining time on your plan.
Billing Disputes
If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us at support@peeksy.space within 7 days of the charge. We will review your case and work with you to resolve valid billing discrepancies.
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
